Cerebella (Tari Haddad) is the Amalgam of Marvel Comics' Cerebra and DC Comics' Mandalla.
History
Tari Haddad was a metamutant who used her psionic powers to atone for her parents' crimes. She became the hero known as Cerebella and joined the Legion of X-Heroes 2099.
Powers
Cerebella is a "genetic empath", able to sense the emotions of other metamutants. She also has the psionic power to create orbs of psychokinetic energy that can disrupt her opponents' nervous systems.
