Cerebella (Tari Haddad) is the Amalgam of Marvel Comics' Cerebra and DC Comics' Mandalla.

History

Tari Haddad was a metamutant who used her psionic powers to atone for her parents' crimes. She became the hero known as Cerebella and joined the Legion of X-Heroes 2099.

Powers

Cerebella is a "genetic empath", able to sense the emotions of other metamutants. She also has the power to create orbs of psychokinetic energy that can disrupt her opponents' nervous systems or warp their perceptions.
