Charm (Xiang Harkness) is the Amalgam of Marvel Comics' Crimson Curse and DC Comics' Gloss.

History

Xiang Harkness showed magical talents at a very young age. Able to pull elemental magics from the ley lines that criss-cross the Earth itself, Xiang was trained by the witches of the Harkness coven to use that ability to cast powerful spells. Once she reached adulthood, Xiang decided to use her powers to protect the world as Charm.

Powers

Charm is able to draw energy from the Earth's ley lines and channel that energy into elemental spells. Charm can use her magic to create storms, cause earthquakes, extinguish fires, and generate waterspouts. She can fly by creating powerful updrafts. She can also control plants and manipulate their growth and even command animals.
