Doctor Dubbilex is the Amalgam of Marvel Comics' Doctor Druid and DC Comics' Dubbilex.

History

Tired of being spied on and infiltrated by the Agenda Corporation, Project Cadmus used DNA from several psychics to clone a being with psychic powers who could detect covert agents. The result was the demon-like telepath known as Doctor Dubbilex. Despite his horns and alien appearance, Doctor Dubbilex was intelligent and kind. He used his mental powers to protect his new friends at Project Cadmus.

Powers

Doctor Dubbilex possesses the power of telepathy and can read minds and broadcast his thoughts. He can also use his telepathic powers to control the minds of others, or create illusions by psychically manipulating people's perceptions. Doctor Dubbilex can use his psychic powers to create mental shields that can prevent other telepaths from reading his own thoughts or the thoughts of anyone he is shielding. He can even inflict extreme pain on others by telepathically overloading the pain receptors in their brains.

Doctor Dubbilex also has telekinesis and can move, levitate, and manipulate solid objects using only his thoughts. He can simulate having the power of flight by levitating himself through the air at at high speeds.
