Dormera

Dormera is the Amalgam of Marvel Comics' Dorma and DC Comics' Mera.

History

Dormera was a princess from a strange aquatic world known as Dimension Aqua. While practicing her power to create whirlpool portals she accidentally transported herself to another dimension. There she met the Aqua Mariner. They fell in love and married and Dormera became Queen of the undersea city of Atlantis. When the city was facing massive cataclysm, Dormera was able to transport the citizens of Atlantis to her home dimension, Although Aqua Mariner believed his wife and all of his fellow Atlanteans were dead, they were still alive in their new reality. Dormera now rules her kingdom while trying to find a way to return to her husband.

Powers

As a resident of Dimension Aqua, Dormera shares similar biological traits with Atlanteans, such as increased muscle mass giving her superhuman strength and durability and gills that enable her to breathe underwater.

Dormera has the magical ability to control water and can manipulate the density of water to create solid water constructs. She can even create manipulate water to create whirlpools that function as portals between dimensions. However when she overused her portal ability by transporting everyone in Atlantis to Dimension Aqua she lost that power.
