Chaos (Josh Summers) is the Amalgam of Marvel Comics' Havok and DC Comics' Spitfire.

History[]

Joshua Summers was the younger brother of Apollo whose metamutant powers manifested at a very early age when he nearly destroyed the orphanage where he and his brother were staying. Because his powers were very unstable and raw, he would lose control especially during times of stress. Josh was held in statis inside a cryonic containment unit at AIM-STAR labs for a decade before being released by the JLX. Though he hated Mister X for taking his brother away from him years ago, he would join the team to reconnect with Apollo.

Chaos can absorb ambient and manipulate stellar cosmic energy, emitting it as a focused plasma blast. He can also use the energy to fly and erect personal force fields.
