Giant Lightning (Jeff Foster) is the Amalgam of Marvel Comics' Black Goliath and DC Comics' Black Lightning.

History

Jeff Foster was a brilliant scientist who was asked to help cure Blue Jacket when he was stuck in a shrunken state and was unable to return to normal size. Using a specialized electron field convertor, he was able to convert electrical energy into mass and restore Blue Jacket to his normal height.

Jeff theorized that he could use the convertor to grow to giant size and tested that theory on himself. Using a combination of subatomic particles that gave Blue Jacket his powers and the convertor, he soon found that he could not only enlarge himself to giant size at will, he could also generate electricity. Calling himself Giant Lighting, Jeff designed a suit for himself and became a hero.

Powers

Giant Lightning can absorb electrical energies and free floating electrons and convert them into mass, allowing him to grow 25 feet tall. He can also fire electrical blasts from his hands.
