Jesse Turbo (Jesse Musashi) is the Amalgam of Marvel Comics' Turbo and DC Comics Jesse Quick.

History

Jesse Musashi had no idea that her uncle Johnny was really the former superhero Johnny Quicksilver. When she found an experimental suit of armor her uncle had designed to supplement his powers as he aged, she decided to redesign it for herself. At first, she could not get the armor to function. But when she recited the mathematical formula 3x2(9YZ)4A she found in Johnny's journal, extra-dimensional energy filled the suit's circuits. Calling herself Jesse Turbo, Jesse began to use the armor to be a superhero herself.

Jesse Turbo's suit allows her to fly at supersonic speeds and fire kinetic energy bolts.
