Project Cadmus is the Amalgam of Marvel Comics' Project P.E.G.A.S.U.S. and DC Comics' Project Cadmus.
History
Project Cadmus was a research organization composed of some of the smartest scientists in the world. Founded by the retired hero, the Guardian Angel, Project Cadmus worked with superheroes and created technology to make the Earth a better place.
Project Cadmus has even helped create superheroes, as their attempts to clone Super-Soldier resulted in the birth of Spider-Boy and his "cousin" Scarlet Spinneret.
However, Project Cadmus was under constant threat from the evil Agenda Corporation. At some point, Aaron Brown infiltrated Cadmus and stole a black suit originating from the Phantom Negative Zone that would eventually be used by his daughter Stephanie St. Commons.
