Red Hawk (Carter Hall) is the Amalgam of Marvel Comics' Red Raven and DC Comics Hawkman.

Archeologist Carter Hall discovered the lost Island of the Bird People, he found a winged costume and anti-gravity belt that let him take flight as the Red Hawk.
Powers[]
Red Hawk wears an anti-gravity belt that allows him to become weightless and float in the air. While his belt is active, his artificial wings can propel him through the air, allowing Red Hawk to fly with the speed and maneuverability of a fighter jet. The anti-gravity belt's gravitational energies shield Red Hawk from the g-forces of such high-speed flights, as well as protects him from the intense cold and low oxygen levels of high-altitudes.
