Stargazer (Angelica Briggs) is the Amalgam of Marvel Comics' Firestar and DC Comics Looker.

History

When Angelica Briggs was abducted by the Deviants of Abyssia, she was transformed from a simple human girl into a statuesque metamutant. She escaped and used her powers to become the heroic Stargazer.

Powers and abilities

Stargazer has the power to absorb ambient psychic vibrations and covert them into physical vibrations that are similar to microwaves. By focusing her power on an object, she can vibrate the molecules of the object, accelerating them until the object combusts into flame. She can use this power to fire blasts of intense heat, surround herself in an protective aura of flaming energy, and fly.

Stargazer has limited telepathy, as she can also use her psychic absorption power to read the minds of people she touches. She also has psychometry as she can read the psychic vibrations left on objects.
