Starstrike

Starstrike (Ted Masterson) is the Amalgam of Marvel Comics' Thunderstrike and DC Comics' Starman (Ted Knight).

History[]

Ted Masterson was briefly given the powers of Thorion when Highfather Odin felt Thorion was unworthy to wield the Astro-Force Hammer. When the powers were returned to Thorion, Highfather Odin felt that Ted deserved a reward for his service. A weapon called the Gravity Mace was created and given to Ted, making him the hero known as Starstrike.

Powers[]

The Gravity Mace enables Ted to transform from a human into Starstrike, a being with physiology similar to that of New Asgod. As Starstrike, Ted is superhumanly strong and nearly invulnerable.

The Gravity Mace channels the energy of the stars and allows Starstrike to fire concussive bolts of gravitational force, blinding flashes of starlight, and fly.
