U.S.Annihilator (David Walker) is is the Amalgam of Marvel Comics' U.S.Agent and DC Comics' Eradicator.
History[]
In an attempt to create a newer, more powerful Super-Soldier, S.H.I.E.L.D Agent David Walker was combined with the sentient computer program (the Annihilator) inside a salvaged Kryptonian rocket. The alien programming not only gave David similar powers to Super-Soldier, but allowed him to create a solar energy shield. Now driven by an urge to annihilate anything he perceives as a threat, the U.S.Annihilator is a lethal "hero".

U.S.Annihilator has superhuman strength, speed, invulnerability, and the power to fly. He can focus solar energy through his hands as explosive plasma blasts, or through a specialized emitter in his right glove and create a hard-light photonic shield.
