Wildhawk

Wildhawk (Shayera Gibney) is the Amalgam of Marvel Comics' Wildheart and DC Comics' Hawkwoman.

History[]

When Shayera Gibney's metamutant powers manifested, she found that her new gifts came with the cost of a beastly appearance. After her parents kicked her out of their home, she wandered the streets. When a mob of metamutant haters attacked her, Shayera was saved by Angelhawk and found herself love struck by his kind nature and handsome appearance. Wanting to be beautiful, Shayera was recruited by a secret organization working for the Canadian government and underwent experimental procedures that resulted in her appearance being altered further to resemble her winged hero. Calling herself Wildhawk, Shayera used her powers to fight crime while trying to conceal her true nature.

Wildhawk possesses enhanced senses, retractable fingertip claws, and an advanced healing factor.

After undergoing her experimental procedures, Wildhawk gained a pair of feathered wings for flight that resembled Angelhawk's.
